Refund Policy

1. COD Orders — No Advance Payment Required

Kishna Fashion works entirely on Cash on Delivery (COD). We never charge any advance payment. Since you only pay at the time of delivery, there is no online transaction to refund in most cases.

2. When Refunds Apply

Refunds are applicable in the following situations:

• You received a defective or damaged product
• You received an incorrect product (wrong item or size)
• An approved return request has been processed

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the refund status within 2–3 business days. If your refund is approved:

• Refund will be issued via Bank Transfer / UPI to your provided account details
• No cash refund at doorstep

4. Refund Timeline

After approval, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

5. Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund after 7 business days of approval:

1. Check your bank account / UPI app again
2. Contact your bank or UPI provider
3. If still not received, contact us immediately
