All orders at Kishna Fashion are shipped on Cash on Delivery (COD) basis across India. We do NOT require any advance payment or online payment before shipping your order. You pay only when you receive your order at your doorstep.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation call or message once your order is dispatched.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1499. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping charge applies.

Once your order is dispatched, you can track it using your Order Number on the Track My Order page, or contact us directly.
If the delivery fails due to wrong address or customer unavailability, our delivery partner will attempt re-delivery. After 2–3 failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply.
