Return Policy

1. Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your delivery, we regret that we cannot offer a return or exchange.

2. COD Orders — No Advance Payment

All our orders are delivered on Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. We do not take any advance payment. You pay only when you receive your order at your doorstep. This makes shopping with Kishna Fashion completely risk-free.

3. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• All original tags must be intact
• Item must be in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Please share your order number and reason for return along with photos of the item. Once your return request is approved, we will guide you on how to send the product back to our store.

5. Return Shipping

For items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, we will cover the return shipping cost. For size or preference-related returns, the customer will bear the return shipping charges.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items without original tags or packaging
• Custom-stitched or personalized orders
• Items returned after 7 days of delivery

7. Exchange

We also offer size or colour exchanges subject to availability. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.
